Preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements is a natural transition from our estate planning practice. We represent individuals in order to protect their businesses, practices and other assets from divorce and spousal rights that accrue at death and during the marriage. In addition to such agreements, we often prepare certain trusts which are less controversial and confrontational than a prenuptial agreement in order to protect assets from equitable distribution.
